Chicken, Beef, Turkey – this sounds like the perfect day. Kudos to vegetarians but I really just needed this kind of protein in my life.
I started my day with grilled chicken and tomatoes – not your average breakfast meal. None the less, it was just what I needed to get my day started. I haven’t had hanger pains today; so I’m off to a good start.
I definitely felt the need to drink more water. I was happy to have a change of pace with the option for tomato soup. After not eating meat for a week, I obtained a small appetite for it. Today, I felt as if I had eaten far less food than I had consumed the previous days.
Now, just two more days to go.
